Ellsworth E. Burnett, age 77, of rural Parker, Kan., died March 19, 2019, at the Olathe Health Hospice House, Olathe, Kan.

A memorial visitation was held Monday, March 25, 2019, at Dengel & Son Mortuary – Crematory, 605 O’Neal Avenue, Osawatomie, KS 66064. Inurnment was in the Lane Cemetery. 

Memorials are to the Olathe Hospice House and can be sent to the funeral home.
