Agnes E. Shryer, age 62 of Prescott, Kan., passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020, at the Medical Lodge in Fort Scott, Kan. She was born March 4, 1958, the daughter of Scott and Frances McMaster Willyard at Topeka, Kan. She married Bob Shryer on August 25, 1976, at Bethany Hospital Chapel in Kansas City, Kan.

Agnes was always a very giving and helpful person. She was very involved with the Reach Out Food Pantry in Prescott and was behind the start of the chili cook-off fundraiser. She and Bob are members of the KKOA car club. She loved going to the races, playing the scratch offs, going to the casino on her birthday, yellow roses, angels, Dr. Pepper and was a true bargain hunter. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and attending their sporting activities. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Bobbie Jean Shryer; two sisters, Mary Inge and Margaret Hathaway.  Agnes is survived by her husband; two daughters, Vicki Gwinn and Debbie Gibson; a brother, Scott Willyard; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
