Claudia June Charley, 68, a long-time resident of the Mound City area, died Friday March 27, 2020, at her home in Mound City, Kan., with her family by her side.
Claudia was born Nov. 18, 1951, in Decatur, Ala., to Claude and Pearl Maddox. She had ten siblings. Claudia was a member of the Nazarene Church of Pleasanton. She spent her life caring for her family and many others, always sharing her faith and love for God.
She is survived by her husband, Elbert Joe Charley; daughter Brooke Daniels; two sons, Jonathan Mauk and Anthony Charley; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and five siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.
She touched so many lives and will forever be loved.
