Donna Lou Tinsley, age 61 of Parker, Kansas passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 at Miami County Medical Center in Paola, Kansas. She was born the daughter of John L. and Bertha “June” Kitchell Tinsley on March 19, 1962 at Olathe, Kansas. Donna was a master of all trades, working construction jobs over the years and most recently Dollar General in Mound City. She loved being in the outdoors, Zarda Bar-B-Q and collect Harley Davidson memorabilia. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert “Hawkeye” Hughey, and three sisters, Connie Tinsley, Teresa Tinsley and Frankie Douglas. Donna is survived by three sister, Ida Mae Jackson, Katherine Bresee and Beverly Freeman, and many nieces and nephews.
