Louise Wiedner, age 83, Pleasanton, Kan., passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020. She was born on Jan. 16, 1937, in Pleasanton, Kan., the daughter of Frank and Margaret Hazelbaker Wood. She was united in marriage to Virgil Wiedner on Feb. 18, 1955, in Kansas City, Kan. He preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Wood; and two sisters, Jean Baldwin and Madge Hennick. 

Louise was a homemaker, a member of the Pleasanton Church of the Nazarene and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed watching birds and being outdoors. Louise is survived by a daughter, Michelle Louise Bull; a son Michael Lee Wiedner; a sister, Mary Newton; two grandsons, Jeremiah and Mark Bull; and three great-grandchildren, Brennan, Emma and Grace Bull.

Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2020, Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial will be in the Pleasanton Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 19 at the Schneider Pleasanton Chapel. Contributions are suggested to Kansas Special Olympics, c/o Schneider Funeral Home, P.O.
