Meghan Ashley Butler Hays, age 27, of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. She was born at Kansas City, Kan., on Feb. 9, 1991, the daughter of Steven and Nancy Hobbs Butler.
She graduated from Fort Scott High School. She was married to Jacob Hays.
She was preceded in death by her mother Nancy; and a brother, Brandon Workman.
Meghan is survived by her husband Jacob; her two sons, Hayden and Layne Hays; her father Steven Butler; maternal grandmother Carolyn Butler; maternal great grandmother Lillie Jackson; brother Steven Butler Jr.; and three sisters, Courtney Mell, Madison Butler and Amber Dembkowski.
Funeral service was on Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial was at the Curry Cemetery.
