Individuals with special medical needs include those who would need assistance with medical or personal care during evacuations and sheltering because of physical or mental impairments. Please sign up for the registery if you or a loved one…

  • Use life support systems; such as oxygen, a respirator, a ventilator, dialysis, a pacemaker, or are insulin dependent
  • Have trouble walking or moving around
  • Are visually impared, hard of hearing or deaf, or have other sensory ailments
  • Have speech, developmental or mental health disabilities
  • Use service animals.
