Janice Lavon Nation of La Cygne was born Feb. 25, 1960, and died March 17, 2015, at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kan.
She is survived by sons Greg Good, Paola, Kan., and Brandon Good, Shell Knob, Mo.; daughter-in-law Lisa Good, Paola; grandsons Brian and Logan Good, Paola; significant other Wayne Baker, Olathe; grandmother Dorothy Nation, Mound City; mother Carol Nation, La Cygne; father Melvin Nation, Mound City; stepmother Sue Nation, Mound City; three siblings, Gina Clark of North Augusta, S.C., Virginia Simons of Mound City and David Nation of Mound City.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Les Nation of Mound City, maternal grandmother Ruth Johnson and grandfather Hugh Johnson.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Linnville Cemetery. A memorial fund for Greg and Brandon Good has been set up at First Option Bank, Paola.
