On 06-02-2026, Caden C. Nickelson, Blue Mound, was traveling westward on 875 Road between Lane Road and Kansas Highway 7 when he fell asleep and ran off the road into the south ditch and struck an electrical pole. The vehicle sustained damage to the whole driver side. (Case 260700)

On 06-03-2026, Droval D. Wood, La Cygne, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway at mile marker 104 when he struck a deer. The vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front left, left and the underbody. The driver was uninjured and the vehicle was towed away from the scene. (Case 260704)

On 06-03-2026, Ian Kennedy, Fontana, was traveling westward on 2100 Road approximately 500 feet west of Hadsall Road when he swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway. The vehicle departed the roadway to the north, struck a road sign and bridge railing, and came to rest at the bottom of a steep embankment. No injuries reported. The vehicle was towed due to extensive damage. (Case 260705)

On 06-03-2026, Amy N. Watts, Joplin, Mo., was traveling southward on US 69 Highway near Kansas Highway 239 when a deer entered the roadway and struck the front left corner of the vehicle. The impact disabled the vehicle and caused the air bag to deploy. Both the driver and passenger stated they were not injured. The vehicle was towed away from the scene due to damages. (Case 260707)

On 06-04-2026, Joseph A. Thyer, Mound City, was traveling northward on Kansas Highway 7 near 1500 Road when he struck a deer in the roadway, causing disabling damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries reported. (Case 260709)

On 06-06-2026, Allison M. Brown, Redfield, was traveling eastward on Kansas Highway 31 east of Arthur Road when she struck a deer, causing significant damage to the front of the vehicle. (Case 260726)

On 06-09-2026, Sarina D. Stogner, La Cygne, was traveling eastward on Kansas Highway 152 near Showalter Road when she reached down to activate her air conditioning and her vehicle left the roadway to the right. She then overcorrected and then went off the roadway to the left. No injuries reported; the vehicle was towed from the scene. (Case 260743)

On 06-10-2026, Liam J. Gooderl, Fort Scott, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway near Kansas Highway 52 when a deer entered the roadway and the driver was unable to avoid striking the deer. (Case 260746)

On 06-12-2026, Michael C. Ford, Parker, was traveling eastward on Kansas Highway 152 near County Road 1095 when a rock struck the windshield. (Case 260758)

On 06-16-2026, Breanna E. Decker, La Cygne, was traveling southward on Kansas Highway 7 just south of 1900 Road when she was struck by a deer, causing significant damage to the passenger rear fender and door. (Case 260781)

On 06-20-2026, Jean M.N. Reach, Pleasanton, was entering US 69 Highway from the northbound ramp at the Pleasanton, Kansas exit. The driver stated that she did not see the vehicle driven by Sean D. Bullmer, Pittsburg, traveling in the right lane. As Reach attempted to merge onto the highway, the driver moved into the lane and struck Bullmer’s vehicle, which was positioned in her blind spot. The collision resulted in minor damage to the front driver’s side area of Reach’s vehicle and minor damage to the passenger side of Bullmer’s vehicle. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. (Case 260792)

On 06-20-2026, Robert K. Mundy, Admire, was traveling southward on US 69 Highway near Kansas Highway 52 when a deer came onto the roadway from the east and hit the front of the truck. Air bags were deployed. (Case 260795)
