On 09-02-2025, Amanda Coigny, Butler, Mo., was exiting a private driveway and attempting to turn west onto the roadway on 800 Road. A vehicle driven by Kathy Earnest, Pleasanton, was traveling eastward on the same roadway. According to Coigny, she failed to see Earnest approaching and struck the vehicle when attempting to enter the roadway. (Case 250846)

On 09-05-2025, Marvin D. Hartman, Blue Mound, was traveling on Kansas Highway 31 near the Kansas Highway 52 intersection when he hit a deer. The hood and front bumper were both damaged, but vehicle was still drivable. No injuries reported. (Case 250861)

On 09-05-2025, Alyssa R. Coleman, Mound City, was traveling southward on County Road 1095 when a deer entered the roadway and struck the vehicle, causing damage to the front end. No injuries reported. (Case 250864)

On 09-09-2025, Ray D. Lemon, Paola, was traveling northward on Kansas Highway 7 near 1650 Road when a deer entered the roadway and struck the hood of the car. The engine and radiator were disabled. The vehicle was towed from the scene. (Case 250880)

On 09-13-2025, Dallas T. Calkins, Pleasanton, was traveling northward on Ungeheuer Road near 850 Road when he lost control and entered a skid for about 75 feet. (Case 250897)

On 09-15-2025, Richard A. Long, Mound City, was traveling westward on 200 Road near Neal Road when the vehicle left the roadway on the north side of the road. The vehicle hit the culvert at Neal Road and came to a rest on the west side of Neal Road. The driver did sustain injuries and was taken to the hospital by family. (Case 250902)

On 09-15-2025, Trevor T. Snyder, Concordia, was traveling eastward on Kansas Highway 52 when a deer ran in front of the vehicle. No injuries reported. (Case 250905)

On 09-16-2025, Keven L. Burchett, La Cygne, was traveling northward on County Road 1095 when a deer entered the roadway. The driver was unable to avoid the deer, resulting in an accident. The front end of the vehicle did sustain damage and air bags were deployed. (Case 250907)

On 09-16-2025, Logan Litner, Parker, was traveling southward on County Road 1077 near West South Street when a deer ran in front of the vehicle. No injures reported. (Case 250909)

On 09-17-2025, Casey M. Armstrong, Pittsburg, was traveling southward on US 69 Highway near mile marker 85 when she attempted to stop on the shoulder to rest and when doing so, struck the wall of the bridge. The crash caused significant damage to the front of the vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the scene. (Case 250913)

On 09-19-2025, Derek W. Barnard, Lenexa, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway near mile marker 95. While negotiating a curve, the driver dropped his cell phone, and lost control of the vehicle and struck the guard rail. (Case 250930)

On 09-19-2025, Brock M. Fultz, Parker, was traveling westward on Kansas Highway 152 and Vail Road when he struck a deer. The deer hit the front right corner of the vehicle, causing minimal damage. (Case 250931)

On 09-20-2025, Tamara L. Poe, Louisburg, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway at approximately the 82 mile marker when a deer entered the roadway and struck the vehicle. This caused disabling damage; the driver was not injured due to the air bag deployment and seatbelt usage. The vehicle was towed from the scene. (Case 250936)
