On 05-22-2025, Jonathan K. Blunt, Roeland Park, and Yoonhee N. Kang, Catoosa, Okla., were traveling northward in their respective vehicles on US 69 Highway near mile marker 104 when a side-swipe collision occurred between the two vehicles, causing minimal paint scuffing damage. Both vehicles stopped on the shoulder and awaited law enforcement’s arrival. (Case 250462)

On 06-02-2025, Melinda K. Mills, Mound City, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway near 399 Street when a deer entered the roadway and struck the vehicle. The driver lost control of the vehicle, which spun 360 degrees and struck a rock wall on the east side of the highway. The driver was not injured. (Case 250503)

On 06-06-2025, Mary H. Smith, Osawatomie, was traveling northward on Kansas Highway 7 near 1650 Road when four deer came from the east going west and hit the vehicle. (Case 250507)

On 06-07-2025, Joziah X. Hayes, Lawrence, was traveling northward on US 69 Highway near 1100 Road when a deer jumped in front of the vehicle, causing damage to the front driver side. (Case 250524)

On 06-08-2025, Gina B. Chapman, La Cygne, was southward on Park Road when the vehicle left the roadway to the left and struck a tree before coming to a rest. (Case 250527)
