On 7-10-23, Brylen Deef, Prescott, struck debris with his vehicle at the 84 mile marker on US Hwy 69. The vehicle was towed from the accident site. (Case 230552)

On 7-11-23, Lincoln S. Schaffer, Parker, was southbound on Farlin Road when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Lisa M. Leach, Parker, at the intersection Farlin Road and W 2200 Road. Both drivers lost control of their vehicles. The vehicle driven by Schaffer came to rest facing northwest in the southeast ditch. The vehicle driven by Leach came to rest in the southeast ditch. It was noted the intersection had no stop signs. No injuries reported. (Case 230560)

On 7-18-23, Kayla N. McGrew, Mound City, was eastbound on 1150 Road near the intersection of 1150 Road and Jackson Road when she struck a deer, causing function damage to the front of the vehicle. No injuries reported. (Case 230591)

On 7-19-23, Stefani E. Brown, Hume, Mo., was northbound on White Road between 400 Road and 450 Road when she hit a bump and her vehicle died, causing her to lose steering and control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and entered the water, coming to rest partially in the water of a strip pit and ditch. No injuries reported and vehicle was towed. (Case 230593)

On 7-20-23, David E. Atherton, Pleasanton, was northbound on US Hwy 69 at marker 92 when the vehicle began to hydroplane. The vehicle rolled into the median and sustained extensive damage. No injuries reported. (Case 230594)

On 7-20-23, Brayton L. Watts, Mound City, was westbound on 350 Road when his vehicle left a roadway and struck a gate. The vehicle came to rest in the south ditch  and struck a dirt culvert. (Case 230596)

On 7-20-23, Gerald L. Brewster, Kansas City, Mo., was traveling east on Kansas Hwy 52 when his vehicle left the roadway and he overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll several times. The vehicle came to rest on its wheels in a field south of the road. Driver was transported to a landing zone by a Bourbon County ambulance due to all Linn County stations being out on other calls. Driver was transported by helicopter to a hospital. (Case 230598)
